I came in search of some much needed equipment and they firstly didn't bother to call me back after leaving a message, then were abrupt and rude in email correspondence. They have no interest in providing assistance to a fellow traveller. I was in a desperate situation as some equipment I rely on had been damaged (E-E Bibb track walker needing a sleeping bag) and instead of offering some solutions like maybe someone could offer to drive me to another close town with a camping store or even apologising and being polite that they wouldn't be able to assist, but no, I get a "sorry, can't help" email. No "Hi Jon, thanks for the email..." just a three word response.
I'm so offended by them, I might even go punch the guy (Peter) on the nose to relieve my frustration.
